New Websites in 2022 (so far)
Welcome to the new site for Grow Your World Web Connections, formerly known as Abell Smith Design! Stay tuned for much more from me on this big ongoing rebranding project, what prompted it and what I hope to accomplish. A big part of it is that I had grown tired of being living proof of the old adage that “a web developer’s worst website is their own,” so it was definitely time for a refresh 🙂
Lots going on so far this year, as clients old and new have been keeping me busy! Here are some of the latest additions to the Previous Work page:
The Grub Hut
Redesign of one of my very first websites for my friends at The Grub Hut, for whom I’ve been doing websites, logos and other marketing since 2009. They’ve become the can’t-miss first stop in Kingston when you disembark the ferry from Edmonds. My own favorite there has always been the Sun-dried Tomato Goodness with a rootbeer shake, but you’ll have to visit a few times to sample all the choices and make up your mind yourself!
DS Sales Associates
New website for a flooring and countertop company in Bremerton… check them out right next to the airport. I also did the site for their other business, Kitsap Sports!
Coach Patty Curtiss
New website for a youth golf coach based out of Tacoma, WA. Patty is also heavily involved with two other longtime clients of mine, Washington Junior Golf Association and Girls’ Junior America Cup, both of whom I have worked with for many years.
The Island Wanderer
New website for an online community magazine on Bainbridge Island, WA – the place to go for events and activities, business news or other interest stories related to the city of Bainbridge Island. It’s a must-visit website if you live on or near the Island, are planning to visit the Island, or are just interested in all things Bainbridge!
Home Quest HMS
New website for a handyman based out of Silverdale, WA. This site may appear to be in “maintenance mode” for a bit while the client finishes some content updates.
The Smithshyre
And last but certainly not least, a new website for The Smithshyre, a small farm in Poulsbo, WA. Aside from being awesome folks to know, the Smithshyre is becoming well-known in the area for being a hot spot for agritourism activities such as goat yoga. Yep that’s yoga with baby goats, which if you’ve never seen it is just as amazing as it sounds.
